About the Seibert family

My husband, Chris, and I met about 9 years ago at work. We were married in June '02 and our first, Rose, was born in September '02 (Yes, if you do the math I was 6 mo. pregnant at our wedding. We made some mistakes, but keeping our Rose was never one of them. More on this latter). We began homeschooling when Rose was about 3 (Pre-school) and when I found out she would not be accepted in public school until she was 6 even though she was ready at age 5, it solidified our decision to home school.

After 4 years of trying for a second child we were wonderfully blessed to welcome our second, Gabriel, into the world in July '08.

So now at the current age of 26 I find myself as a happily married, work at home, homeschooling mother of 2. I own my own business, Atlanta's Santas, and in the off-season love to participate in Children's Consignment Sales and Mary Kay.

My newest hobby: Blogging. I just recently started 2 new blogs: The Consignment Sale Queen and A One Year Challenge. I figured it was time I started a personal one to share our family with friends and family.
