Who asked Me!?!

So about a month ago I had to repent to Chris. After begging and begging him to be the 'leader' of the household, we were doing a Bible study and discovered that the husband isn't always the leader. Biblicly the spouse with the strongest leadership skills (that's me) should be the leader. The husband is the 'head' of the household and ultimately responsible, but not always the 'leader' (if you're confused I can explain more on this latter, but it's not my main point). Any how... basicly I have accepted my role as leader and running day to day things in the household (and Chris seams to be happy with the change). This includes when and where my kids get a hair cut.

Gabriel's hair has been in his eyes for the past 2 months, it's driving me crazy, but after getting his first hair cut 2 months ago and not being too happy with the style, or process, I was not looking forward to getting it done again. Then my mother volunteered. She's always cut mine and Rose's hair and done a lovely job. So I thought "Why not?!" She did an AMAZING job. It looks great, and Gabe did wonderful!

When Chris found out his reaction was "Who gave her permission to cut his hair and why wasn't I asked?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? This offended you?! So now I am left scratching my head trying to decided whether to apologize and just get on with life, or start asking every time I do something. He can't even give me a catagory of things I need to ask before I do. I am so confused...

But isn't the haircut just cute!! The kid ain't half bad either ;)
